Yes it's simply a decision that a person makes, a chosen behavior, that can be controlled, it would be pretty silly to excuse someone for cheating because you think it's "in their genes"...however, people do tend to repeat behavior they might learn from parents or family. Even still, it's a CHOICE and if someone cheated on me then said "but it's in my genes!" I would have to smack him after laughing so hard.
